Refund Policy

The short version

Ask for a refund within 14 days of any CalcMoney Pro charge and you get all of it back. No questions, no forms. Cancel at any time to stop future charges.

What this covers

CalcMoney Pro costs $29 per month or $199 per year, billed in US dollars. The calculators themselves are free and have nothing to refund.

• The 14 days start on the day of the charge, for your first payment and for every renewal.
• Monthly and annual plans are treated the same way.
• You can request a refund even if you used Pro features during that time.

After 14 days

We do not refund a billing period once 14 days have passed since the charge. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Nothing here limits any refund right the law gives you where you live.

How to cancel

Every receipt email from Paddle, our payment provider, has a link to manage or cancel your subscription. If you cannot find it, email hello@calcmoney.io from the address you subscribed with and we will cancel it within 1 business day.

How to get a refund

Email hello@calcmoney.io with the email address you used at checkout. We approve it, and Paddle returns the money to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how fast it shows up, which is usually within 5 to 10 business days. If something looks wrong on your statement, write to us before you open a dispute with your bank. We can usually fix it faster.

Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for CalcMoney Pro. It takes your payment, adds any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. See the Terms of Service for the full billing terms.
